Welcome to Critical of the H, a little space that I've decided to create to review, analyze, and rate erotic videogames.

Let me be honest with you: I love hentai games. I love anime style art, I love porn, and I love games. So I'd say this was an expected outcome. I play erotic games on the regular not only for sexual satisfaction, but also because the art on hentai games is usually pretty nice. And as a hentai artist myself (@kiiroichi on Twitter, if you want to check my stuff out), it's a good place to look for notes to take.

However, I don't have as much time to play as I'd like, so I can't promise a huge influx of posts. I do have a history of these games on me though, so I should have content for a while.

Also, most of the games reviewed will be of the visual novel genre. I do like visual novels, but I'm not the biggest fan. However, most hentai games present themselves in this format, so we'll have to make do. I'll try my best not to spoil anything, but I'll include some pictures and screenshots of the game, including CG's, so, check them at your own discretion, I guess.

A little PSA. For Steam games, I can only give exact prices in Euros, and estimates in dollars. This is because as far as I know, I can't check Steam prices in different currencies.
